When I was Studying in Hong Kong, I met many friends from abroad. 3 weeks after meeting each other, we decided to travel to the Phillipines. Our group was composes of 4 french people, 2 germans, 1 danish and 1 welsh. We decided to go to Bohol Island.
We flew to Manilla, then to Cebu and after taking a boat, we arrived to Bohol island in an incredible villa. The cost of life is really cheap in the Phillipines, you cant rent a huge star villa with a pool for 15$ per night.

- Accomodation: Luxury villas are really cheap so it is a unique chance to live in one of those
- Secret spot: Dimiao ‘Twin’ Falls & Cave pool is definitely the best secret spot in Bohol island without spending anything! It is quiet easy to access and you will be alone in the middle of nature in that place
- Filipino people are trusly amazing and incredibly friendly so I recomend you to spend time with local people.
